Site work for a mixed-use development in Avalon, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
2H Construction is requesting subcontractor bids for the following project:This is a Lease-leaseback project for Long Beach USD consisting of enlarging and upgrading the existing baseball field and related facilities. The upgrades include, but not limited to; shoring, grading, retaining walls, dugouts, batting cage, accessibility improvements, seating, utility service, scoreboard, athletic equipment, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, and field turf per the bid specifications Per PCC 20111.6, all MEP subcontractors are required to be prequalified with Long Beach USD and must submit a prequalification questionnaire ten (10) days prior to the bid opening, if not already prequalified. This project is subject to an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP). Subcontractors of all tiers must have an EMR of 1.24 or less at the time of enrollment. Subcontractors must comply with general prevailing rates (PCC.1720 et seq.) and shall be registered prior to submitting a bid (Labor Code 1725.5) Each BIDDER shall be a licensed contractor in the classification as required for the work to be performed at the time of bid submission and must maintain the licenses throughout the duration of the project.
