The application of the lane striping throughout the City shall be done in two phases (Summer 2023 & Fall 2023). The Contract Documents shall consist of Supplemental Specifications, Advertisement, Instructions to Bidders, Pricing Sheet, Contract, Bonds, General Conditions, all Specifications, Plans and Drawings, Appendix, Addenda, Required Acknowledgment, and any supplements to the foregoing. In the event of a conflict between a term in the General Conditions and other contract documents, the General Conditions terms shall be subordinate to the conflicting term.
