Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Service Start : 2/22/2023 Service End : 6/30/2023 The project is to improve the existing parking lot at 1881 Pierce St for the Colorado Department of Revenue. The project will include the removal of concrete and asphalt paving, removing portions of the curb and gutter, regrading, storm water inlet modifications, repaving with asphalt, pouring new concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter as well as installing EV chargers and infrastructure for future EV chargers. The project is to be constructed in 4 phases. Phase 1 & 2a are funded and work can commence upon awarding the contract. Phase 1 & 2a must be substantially complete and closed out by 6/30/2023. Phase 2b, 3 & 4 will be funded next fiscal year and can start no sooner than 7/1/2023. Please reference bid drawings for phased scope.
