Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work generally comprises: Installation of 8 new columns to support monorail system, including 4 x HSS152x152x6.4 columns and 4 x HSS102x102x6.4 columns, each approximately 5.8m high. Installation of two monorail systems, including approximately 12.9m of W310x39 structural steel hoist rails and 8m of W150x22 support rails within the Inuvik Water Treatment Plant. Removal and relocation of 1 x HSS102x102x6.4 column, complete with approximately 2m of new W100x19 beam connection to existing column and all necessary welding.
