The Seattle Park District funds the development of this parcel into a park A/E ESTIMATE: Base: $1,509,417.00, Additive 1: $15,610.00, Additive 2: $21,570.00, Additive 3: $16,822.00 For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Parks type of project with a Past Performance of 25% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
