LINK for Teams in the body of RFP The project will include, but is not limited to: Replacement of flooring in common areas (hallways, kitchen, and laundry room) at the Yellow Brick building. This space is shared by all childcare programs in the building. New flooring will replace the existing flooring that is 18 years old. The City of Aspen is requesting electronic sealed bids from professional and qualified contractors to complete the new flooring project at the Yellow Brick Building including, but not limited to, all material and labor required, removal and disposal of existing flooring and cove basing, and all pertinent permits and fees. The project location is the Yellow Brick Building located at 215 N Garmisch St, Aspen, CO 81611. The project focus will be replacement of the existing common area flooring and cove base. Areas included in scope: common area hallways, kitchen, and laundry room. The existing flooring is approximately 18 years old. The existing flooring (to be removed) spec is Nora Norament Grano. The total square footage of flooring in the project scope is approximately 3,528 SF. Approximately 745 linear feet of cove base is to be replaced. The following is included in the scope of this project and shall be included in pricing submitted.
