Phase I ESA Update, Phase II Investigation, Regulatory Assistance, NAD, RAP, Special Provisions, and Construction Monitoring Brainerd Urban Reconstruct State plans to complete road construction along Trunk Highway (TH) 210 in the City of Brainerd from Baxter Drive to Pine Shores Road. This project is an urban reconstruction and will include mill and overlay of existing pavement, upgrading existing sidewalks to address Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and connect the Cayuna Lakes Trail, upgrade signals, intersection and median reconfigurations including roundabouts, and storm sewer and City utilities improvements. Additionally, improvements to the Mississippi River Bridge will be completed. Work will be completed on existing right of way as well as proposed right of way. The goal of this project is to identify, characterize, and properly manage contaminated materials located in the project corridor from pre-letting through construction completion. Specifically, the goals of the project are: 1. Phase II Drilling Investigation 2. Phase I Update 3. Construction Monitoring 4. Complete a Construction Monitoring Report 5. Regulatory Assistance: Addendums to NAD and RAP, as needed. In order to submit a letter of interest, responders must be pre-qualified at the time this announcement is made available, in the work type(s) identified above. This project has its own "Official Pre-Qualified Consultant List" that indicates the responders that are eligible to submit for this specific project, which has been posted separately from this announcement. Note: If responders are not pre-qualified for all work types needed for a project, they must make arrangements to subcontract with firms that are pre-qualified for those work types. If applicable, the responder must identify, in the letter of interest, their subcontractor and which work type the subcontractor will be completing.
