The State of Utah intends to enter into an agreement with a Contractor to inspect and repair all fire systems in the various facilities operated by DFCM. Buildings may be added to this contract as DFCM's service assignments dictate. Multiple contracts may be awarded. The selection of the Contractor(s) will be made using a Request for Proposal selection process. The contract will start on April 1, 2023 and terminates on March 31, 2028 It is the Contractors' responsibility to be in compliance with all applicable fire codes and standards, as well as, conforming to State Fire Marshall Rules and any other codes or regulations affecting this type of service or referenced in this proposal. To perform work for the State, Contractors must be a licensed contractor in the State of Utah. All firms included in the Proposal must be licensed to do the appropriate work for which a license is required. The license must be in effect at the time the proposal is submitted.
