The University of Louisville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide audio/visual equipment for Miller Information Technology Center - 131G (Bigelow Hall) for various events and conferences held on campus. The University is interested in establishing a contract with a vendor who can offer a complete range of audio/visual services, including equipment installation, and maintenance. Brook St. Louisville, KY 40208 E-mail: Carisa.Robertson@louisville.edu Deadline for Written Questions March 8, 2023 5:00pm The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals (or parts of proposals), to waive any informalities or technicalities, to clarify any ambiguities in proposals and (unless otherwise specified) to accept any item in the proposal. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards, or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University Desired Contract Effective Date May 15, 2023 The contract resulting from this RFP shall be effective for one (1) year from date of award. Installation should start immediately, and the project should be complete by mid-July.
