As of May 11, 2023, project was awarded to IMCO Construction, awarded amount is $17,545,977.44. The improvement consists of: construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station, associated structures, storm sewer, gravity sanitary sewer, force main sanitary sewer, water main, site and street restoration, erosion control, traffic control, demolition of portions of the existing Roeder Lift Station, and other work. Price Range: $17,000,000 - $18,000,000 All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid.
