Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Paving Contract: Furnish and place approximately 147 Ton Asphalt Binder Course and 91 Ton of Asphalt Binder Course, Base Repair and perform 489 SY Milling Asphalt Pavement Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approximately 31,001 SY Asphalt Seal Coat and 31,000 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Stony Lane Contract: Furnish and place approximately 8,889 SY Geotextile; 2,934 Ton 2A Subbase; 8,889 SY Asphalt Prime Coat; 8,889 Asphalt Surface Treatment: 8,889 SY Asphalt Seal Coat; 8,889 SY Asphalt Fog Seal and perform 8,889 SY Pulverization. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
