Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
.) The Project consists of pulverizing and relaying existing asphalt pavement, paving, shouldering, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Lakeshore Drive from Woodland Lane to Old STH 13 with Meadow Lane and Shady Lane. The bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid price, payable to the Town of Lake, as a guarantee that the bidder, if bid is accepted, we will execute and file the proper contract and 100 percent performance and payment bonds within 15 days after the Notice of Award. In case the Bidder fails to file such contract and required bonds, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Town of Lake as liquidated damages. Letting of contracts will be subject to Section 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes, Public Works, Contracts, and Bids.
