Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, appurtenances, and incidentals to drill, e-log, construct, develop, and test pump one HSLA and stainless-steel production well (SC10) via flooded reverse and one mild steel exploration well (DS05 MW) with direct mud rotary. Well SC10: 12-inch diameter 0.250-inch wall well to 310 feet, Well DS05 MW: 6-inch diameter 0.188-inch wall well to 600 feet. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. ANTICIPATED START DATE: On or Before April 3, 2023 COMPLETION DEADLINE: May 26, 2023 Engineer's Estimate: $720,000 - $880,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
