Site work for a civil project in Gowrie, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

A. Construction of approximately 100 feet of 6" PVC raw water transmission line from Well No. 7 to existing well house, including below-grade connection to existing pipe. B. Replacement of 6" well pipe, valves & accessories in existing well house. C. Installation of necessary electrical & controls to connect new well pump to GMU's existing WTF SCADA System. D. Construction of approximately 1,320 feet of 6" raw water transmission line from the well house to the existing water treatment facility and all associated site work and appurtenances (unit price). E. Construction of approximately 120 feet of 24" raw water transmission line encasement with 6" PVC carrier pipe beneath railroad right-of-way (unit price). Site Directions: Laurel Park in the North part of Gowrie, Iowa off of Beek Street and Main Street. Work on the Project is expected to commence as stated in the Notice to Proceed.
