The City is seeking a consultant (or consultants) to provide comprehensive grant administration, design, architectural/engineering, planning/environmental, and all related construction management services for improvements necessary to an Airport Terminal and Emergency Operations Center ("EOC"), and associated landside infrastructure projects such as intermodal facility design. The Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) attached provides the possible projects and estimated costs of the new Terminal and EOC. Questions concerning this RFQ shall be directed in writing to: Amber Edenburn, Purchasing Officer aedenburn@cityofredding.org Inquiries should refer to specific RFQ sections and paragraphs. The cutoff for receiving written questions is 5:00 P.M. PST, Tuesday, March 07, 2023. Written responses to an inquiry will be distributed to all known participants by way of formal addendum at the sole discretion of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to request changes to the staffing contained in any of the proposals and to enter into negotiations with any of the firm(s) regarding their submittal.
