On-call Contractor Services for Groundwater Well Rehabilitation and Abandonments shall be requested on an on-call, as-needed basis for various groundwater wells. Requested on-call services may include (but are not limited) * Pre- and post- cleaning spinner logging * Brushing and sediment removal * Video surveys * Screen and casing repair * Agitating the near-well environment * Mechanical cleaning * Chemical cleaning * Deviation surveys * Test pumping * Well disinfection * Pump removal and installations * Well destruction The Department intends to award one contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $1.5 million over a three (3) year period with the option to extend the contract on a year-to-year basis for up to a total of five (5) years.
