The projects are turnkey replacements of commercial kitchen walk-in cooler and walk-in cooler/freezer combo equipment at the schools listed below. Demolition of the existing walk-in cooler/freezer combo as well as building and utility alterations as required for new install. Install poly barrier to keep the dust and debris out of other areas of the building and equipment. Removal and disposal of all debris and demolished equipment. Provide a dumpster at the job site and remove the dumpster when demolition is complete.
