The Project consists of replacing the existing HVAC systems for the LaFortune Golf Course Clubhouse, Chandler Park Community Center, and South County Recreation Center as described in the Construction Documents. Bids over $50,000.00 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier check or bid bond approved by the County in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract with the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County for the execution of the above-state work, and in the event of failure to do so, there shall be paid to the County the sum of five percent (5%) of said bid as liquidated damages The products and services supplied under the Contract shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, and the supplier shall maintain all applicable licenses and permit requirements. The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid Description of the Base Bid is to include the following items of work: 1.
