Pre Bid Conference: None Bulletin Desc: The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for constructing frontage improvements along Mervin Sampels and O.B. Riley Roads for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Permits for Phase 3 and Phase 4 work are currently in the City of Bend permit approval process, separately. The permit for Phase 3 work is estimated to be issued by the City of Bend by 3/24/2023. The permit for the Phase 4 work is estimated to be issued by the City of Bend by 4/14/2023. At issuance of Notice to Proceed the awarded contractor can proceed with Phase 3 work and any other work not related to the Phase 4 permit. Phase 4 work can begin once the permit is issued.
