Independent School District No. 112, Chaska, Minnesota, is presently soliciting competitive Prime Contract Bids for the ISD No. 112 Multi-Site Maintenance project. Sealed bids will be received electronically. Bidders are also invited to review the results online. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. The projects consists of (7) seven summer construction projects throughout ISD#112. Including repaving and civil projects at Pioneer Ridge Middle School and Clover Ridge Elementary, door replacements at La Academia Elementary, interior painting, exterior repairs and mechanical louver replacements at Victoria Elementary, door replacements and exterior repairs at Chaska High School, exterior repairs at Family Learning Center and skylight replacements at Jonathan Elementary.
