The Project consists of the alteration of an existing concessions stand of approximately 290 SF. 1. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 2. Work under this Contract includes: a. Interior Finishes: 1) Floor finishes of linoleum. 2) Wall finishes of paint, and burnished block infill. 3) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile. 4) Plastic laminate casework, and coiling door. b. Mechanical Systems: 1) Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. c. Electrical Systems: 1) Electrical service, conduit and wiring. 2) Interior lighting This project includes: Renovations to interior concessions stand including removal of casework, coiling door, flooring, ceiling, lighting and plumbing fixtures. Installation of painting, casework, coiling door, flooring, ceiling, lighting and plumbing fixtures. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to Independent School District #112 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before August 15, 2023.
