Contractor shall provide all shop, labor, materials, equipment, debris/trash removal and supervision to expand and pave the parking lot as defined below. All work outlined shall be in accordance with local codes and ordinances. All measurements provided below are for information only to provide potential bidders the ability to size the project prior to attending the pre-bid conference. The Commonwealth takes no responsibility for these measurements and it is the sole responsibility of the potential bidder to take measurement for bidding purposes. Temporary "Lighted" barriers must be placed around prepared areas prior to leaving site at end of day. Barriers shall be in place during the work day to the extent necessary to protect contractor personnel and to preclude traffic intrusion. In case of road closure, will be provided to direct traffic to 'alternate' alternate pattern. Due to the importance of all Bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements for this solicitation, attendance at this conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a Bid. Attendance at the conference will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster at the location where the work will be performed. This date and time will be the only occasion that the facility will be accessible for inspection. Required Delivery Date: Installation and completion date will be contingent on the weather and the availability of paving products. However, the project shall be completed and accepted no later than May 1, 2023.
