Project was awarded to Mid Atlantic Service & Supply Corp d/b/a Commercial Window Shield. Total expenditures for window security film in FY21 was $68,849.32 and in FY22 was $40,784.08 and in FY23 was $5,801.00. Considering the larger window replacement projects upcoming that will require security film, it is anticipated that SMCPS will spend over $50,000 in FY24 and subsequent years of this contract. Therefore, SMCPS is requesting the Board's approval to spend over $50,000 per year for the duration of this contract. The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is
requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to furnish and install security window
film to windows and doors at multiple SMCPS school and office locations. II. Information for Bidders
A. ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION REQUIRED

There is no exception. Bids submitted in any other manner (mail, email, etc.) will not be considered. In order
to submit a bid, vendors must register on the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage website. After registering,
