Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to design and build a truck gate and relocation the existing gatehouse. In general, the project will see the existing Ridley Island Gatehouse moved approximately 600m northward from its present location. The scope of work includes civil works to upgrade approximately 150 linear metres of existing highway, construction of a new gatehouse foundation including electrical, communication and lighting infrastructure, repositioning of the existing gatehouse and access controls on to the new foundation, demolition of the existing foundation including backfilling and surface restoration, and provision of all services to complete detailed engineering, as well as all contracting services to carry out demolition, and construction.
