The Campbellsville Housing & Redevelopment Authority (CHRA) Campbellsville, Kentucky is requesting bids to perform Window Replacement for multiple sites from qualified, responsible contractors interested in providing construction services Locations: AMP 1 : Cox St, Ridgecrest, Proctor Knott, Ravine Way, Layton Drive, Hamilton St.(74 units, 1 non-dwelling unit) AMP 2 : E. Broadway, Shields Ct., Walling St., David St., Ray St., Kenny St., Bell Ct. (148 units, 1 non-dwelling unit). Approximately 1,643 windows Proposed Schedule: To be completed within 1 year of start date. (negotiable) Bid security in the minimum amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Insurances. The Davis-Bacon Act and related requirements apply to this HUD funded project, which includes reporting and submission of prevailing wage documentation, as well as compliance with HUD section 3 requirements CHRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the housing authority and to waive any and all informalities and minor irregularities. The CHRA reserves the right to cancel the solicitation for any reason it deems is in the best interest of CHRA. CHRA is an Equal Opportunity Agency.
