Contractor shall be Garland Liquitec certified installer and provide all labour, equipment, and tools necessary to perform the following scope of work which includes without limitations to: Restore roofing at Building T North and South at LAC and Building II at PCC, with a 20-year, using Garland Liquitec(R) fluid applied roofing restoration system as denoted in Bid Docs (Specs & Drawings). Contractor to provide & install waterproofing at all drains, flashings, penetrations, sheet metal trims/curbs/coping/ hoods/transitions, mechanical curbs, and any other roofing penetration or build-out condition and re-stripe Building Letter on roofs. Contractor shall perform work to achieve weather tight, waterproofing system. Contractor shall water test roofs with manufacturer and LBCC FPG representative present and submit Daily Report with photos to record date & time and to photo document method, water volume and duration, locations, test outcome, and corrections to achieve mfr. warranted waterproofing system License Requirements A, B, C-39 District Allowance: $30,000.00 - Unforeseen Conditions Project Duration: 90 consecutive calendar days License Requirement: At the time bids are submitted, each Bidder shall possess a valid Class A, B, and/or C-39 contractor's license and must maintain the license(s) throughout the duration of the project. All designated subcontractors will also be required to have current and active CSLB licenses at the time of submission of the bid and throughoutthe durationofthe project Department of Industrial Relations(DIR) Registration Contractors / Subcontractors: Pursuantto Labor Code 1725.5. each Contractor and all subcontractors identified in a Contractor's subcontractors' list, submitting a proposal to complete the work, labor, materials and/or services must be a Department of Industrial Relations Registered Contractor. A bidder who is not a DIR Registered Contractor when submitting a proposal forthe work is deemed "not qualified" and the proposal of such a bidder will be rejected for non-responsiveness Prevailing Wage Monitoring & Enforcement: Pursuant to California Labor Code 1771.4(a)(4) the work issubject to payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. Every Contractor and all Subcontractors of every tier, performing any portion of the work,shall pay laborers not lessthan the Prevailing Wage Rate established forthe labor provided. Prevailing Wage monitoring and enforcement shall be by the Department of Industrial Relations. Bid Security Required: A bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of your bid amount must be submitted along with your bid submission. Electronic submission is acceptable. Please include your bid bond in your uploaded documents on PlanetBids. Please hold on to your original Bid Bond as District may ask for a hard copy. Bonds Required after Award: 100% Labor & Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond. The District is not responsible for bids that are received after the deadline. In the event of a conflict between any of the details entered on the portal and the uploaded bid document, the details in the uploaded bid document shall prevail. Bidders are required to upload all mandatory bid submission forms. Missing documents may cause your bid to be deemed non-responsive. Pre-bid Inquiries (PBIs): Bidders may submit pre-bid inquiries or clarification requests related to the project scope or bidding requirements. All questions are to be submitted through PlanetBids only. Bidders are solely and exclusively responsible for submitting such inquiries or clarification requests no later than 10:00 A.M.
