The Work consists of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary for furnishing all materials and equipment as required by the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes furnishing the following approximate quantities: 450 - 5/8 inch x 3/4 " flow meters, Nine 1.0 inch flow meters, Fourteen 2.0 inch flow meters, two-4.0 inch flow meters, 50 meter box lids, and all the hardware and software necessary to provide a complete drive by automatic meter reading system including all the related appurtenances and incidental work. The Owner is an equal opportunity provider and employer. Bidders are to base their Bids on the Project funding being provided in whole or in part by the Owner and the State of Nevada Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. The Bidder must take affirmative steps to assure that disadvantaged businesses are used when possible as sources of supplies, construction and services. The goals for minority and female participation are identified in the Contract Documents and are 1% for construction, equipment, services and supplies. Executive Order 11246, Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, apply on this Project. The Owner will only accept Bids from a Bidder who is registered and active on SAM and can provide a DUNS Number and CAGE Code at the time the Bid is submitted.
