Consequently, the City is issuing call for tenders VPR-2023-03 - Road marking work public roads, bike paths and parking lots in Pont-Rouge. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must perform it according to the tender documents produced by the City. Any document to which the bid solicitation refers as well as any additional document related thereto can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid bond of at least 10% of the amount submitted before tax(s) must accompany the bid.
