Bids must be prepared on the proposal form provided and be submitted in a complete specification booklet, and must be accompanied by Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. Bidders are require to complete and submit the NON-KICKBACK AND NON-COLLUSION AFFIDAVIT and the EMPLOYMENT OF UNAUTHORIZED ALIENS PROHIBITED AFFIDAVIT that are both attached to the Instructions to Bidders. One contract will be awarded to the lowest and best, responsive, responsible bidder for each Bid Invitation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities. The prevailing hourly rate of wages and fringe benefits for workmen, as determined by the Labor Standards of the State of Missouri will be complied with on this project. The completion time will be 120 consecutive calendar days. The Notice to Proceed will not be given before May 15, 2023.
