For "Curbside Collection of Grass, Leaves, Yard Waste and Tree Trimmings", in accordance with the Specifications and Information to Bidders prepared by the Borough of Moonachie A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid, but in no case in excess of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) must be submitted with the bid with a guaranty that if a contract is awarded, the bidder shall execute said contract. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding equal employment opportunity, as amended. The successful bidder shall be required to submit a Performance Bond in a sumequal to ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of the annual value of the contract. Such Performance Bond must be furnished by the successful bidder simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract by such bidder. Further, the successful bidder must furnish the Policies or Certificates of Insurance required by the Contract documents. Each bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Borough Clerk, bearing the name and address of the bidders, upon which shall be designated: BID- CURBSIDE COLLECTION OF GRASS, LEAVES, YARD WASTE AND TREE TRIMMINGS" The Borough of Moonachie reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept the bid which in its judgment shall be in the best interest of the citizens of the Municipality. Bids must be prepared and submitted in standard proposal form in the manner designated within the Information to Bidders.
