Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hilton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
A. The Work is located at the Northwest Quadrant Water Resource Recovery Facility, 70 Payne Beach Rd, Hilton, NY 14468. B. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition of existing ductwork, ductwork plenums, supply & exhaust fans, and associated wiring and controls. 2. Furnish and install three (3) makeup air units, six (6) exhaust fans, and associated ductwork, sensors and controls, conduits, and electric wiring. C. Contracting Method: The Project will be constructed under multiple prime contracts.
