This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 effective December 30, 2022. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 with a size standard of $8.5 million.
