Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Department of Administrative Services - State Printing is soliciting bids to have a Hydraulic Dock plate Leveler installed. Inquiry End Date 3/9/2023 1:00:00 PM Only the required grid completion with the total amounts will be eligible for selection. Bidder must have an Active Status with Ohio Buys and a current AAPV on file with the State. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible qualified bidder. Hydraulic Dock Leveler Specifications Scope of Work: o Removal of existing bumpers o New curb steel with bumper plates o Saw cut, demo, form and pour new 6x8 dock pit o Supply new Poweramp 6x8 40k lbs weight capacity leveler w/ 16" lip for three and four wheel fork lifts o Reduced lip crown and extended chamfer Reduced lip crown and extended chamfer o Control panel to include: emergency stop and lip out function o Concrete dust barrier required o Electrical wiring of dock leveler from nearby disconnect, within 5 ft of door opening o Start up and training Electrical Work Required Provide and install the following: 120-volt 20amp circuit, 20 amp single pole breaker conduit to dock door service disconnect for leveler fused at 15-amps, dock leveler controller
