Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Pendleton, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of April 20, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. The CTUIR seeks to expand our Nixy6awii Education Center to provide services from Pre-K through adulthood (P-20)l by conducting an analysis to identify program offerings that will produce the highest possible level of usage that will maximize quality services for tribal students, families, and service providers. Determine the target market for the expanded education center and analyze the needs and community preferences. Upon notification, the contract negotiation with the winning bidder will begin immediately. Contract negotiations will be completed by April 14,2023. Notifications to bidders who were not selected will be completed by April 12,2023. Project Scope of Work must be started by April 17,2023. The Project Scope of Work must be completed by September 29,2023. The contract may be extended at the option of the parties by written modification. The CTUIR may select firms or individuals for interview from among those submitting proposals and reserves the right to request additional information if warranted, including a listing of current clients and their interests in order to determine if they conflict with the interests of the CTUIR, prior to awarding a professional services agreement. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
