Renovation of a recreation facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
**As of April 6, 2023, project was awarded to Copal Construction but awarded amount is not available.** The contractor will be responsible for removing the shingle roof down to the deck, and replacing with metal standing seam components. The skylights will need to all be replaced as well. All work to be done in accordance with the separate specs and drawing attachments included with this project.
