The Contractor agrees will provide the California Conservation Corps (CCC) with janitorial services in all general building areas approximately 33,185 sq. ft. located 1719 24th Street Sacramento. Contractor will be responsible to provide all equipment, tools, materials and supply rags, mops, brooms, waxes, and cleaners. Mops and rags need to be kept in a clean sanitary condition for use. CCC will provide stock items such as toilet paper, soap, toilet covers, and trash bags. Vendor is responsible for informing front desk of supplies that are running low. Vendor is responsible for stocking the inventory in the restrooms, including tampon/pad applicator distributor, and breakrooms. It is intended the Contractor will work between the hours of 4:30pm and 7:00 am Clean all floors. Sweep and mop floor with QUAT neutral disinfectant cleaner/deodorizer(EPA registered, hospital grade germicide for disinfecting and cleaning which complies with OSHA blood borne pathogen standards for disinfecting surfaces). b. All areas around base and outside of toilets, urinals, in corners, along edges, under sinks, receptacles, around partition legs and vanities must be thoroughly cleaned. c. Wipe clean base boards, cove base, and floor trim, removing any visible dirt. d. Clean all fixtures- water closets, urinals, washbasins, waste receptacles and dispensers with QUAT neutral disinfectant cleaner/deodorizer. e. Scrub, clean and disinfect Showers. f. Clean mirrors and wipe with appropriate glass cleaning agent to a spot free finish. g. Dust and clean window seals (as applicable), grills, free standing partitions, wall surfaces, doors, fixtures and waste receptacles. a. Spot clean entrance doors. b. Clean wall behind basins. c. Clean both side of stall walls including the lock Clean exposed pipe attached to wash basins, urinals and toilets. e. Empty waste baskets/trash receptacles into appropriate exterior trash containers. f. Change liners if soiled or torn as needed. Clean exterior and interior of waste baskets if soiled. g. Empty clean and disinfect sanitary napkin receptacles and replace soiled bags with newones daily. h. Clean and polish interior and exterior doors, including doorframes, handles, doorknobs,kick plates, and components. Remove all foreign residues on or around door andcomponents. i. Sanitize door handles, assistant bars, outside of soap dispenser. Bids are permitted for only State Certified Small Businesses, who are successfully registered.
