These non-bid package scopes include but are not limited to: - Door Hardware (Labor) - Door Hardware (Materials) - Fire Suppression - Mechanical - Replace Diffusers If bid exceeds $50,000, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder, designating the Edmond Public Schools and L5 Construction, as dual obligees.
