Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the 2023 Sidewalk and Curb Maintenance Program. The work generally includes the removal and replacement of sidewalk, roll curb and gutter, barrier curb, barrier curb and gutter, and concrete and asphalt driveway aprons at locations throughout the City. Although this is mostly a replacement program, there are locations of new sidewalk construction in parkways where none exists now or removal of existing sidewalk without subsequent replacement. Bid Bond 10% Plan (blueprint) None All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Shanel Gayle at gayles@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is Thursday, March 9, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. If required, a written response in the form of an addendum will be issued. No contact with the Transporation and Engineering Department shall be made during the bid process. Questions asked after the deadline are not guaranteed a response.
