The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. Spring Branch Independent School District is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for Construction Management Services for a Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") for Ag Farm Renovations as part of the 2022 Spring Branch ISD Bond Program. The Board of Trustees and its designees have determined that the CMAR delivery method will provide the best value to the District for this School Project.
