Reference number : 1694004 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to replace doors and windows as well as civil engineering work at Habitations D'Auteuil located at 255, boul. Henri-Bourassa E. in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the replacement of the building's doors and windows in the apartments and common areas as well as major civil works outside the building (universal access ramp, garage descent, work in the backyard). The work will be carried out in a five (5) storey building consisting of 86 apartments. This building, built in 1978, is intended for a clientele of elderly people. The apartments will be occupied during the works. Works duration According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around the end of April 2023 , but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 12 consecutive months from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
