**As of March 18, 2023 ,Bids were received from one (1) qualified bidder. Staff recommends that a rejection of all bids is in the best interest of the district. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** Question Due 03-09-2023 Each bidder shall at all times possess all appropriate and required licenses or other permits to perform the work as identified in the Contract Documents. Upon request, each bidder shall furnish the District with evidence demonstrating possession of the required licenses or permits. Each bid shall be accompanied by cash, a cashiers or certified check, or a bidders bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid. Each bidder must possess at the time the bid is awarded the following classifications of California State Contractors license: General or B license No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening for bids except as provided by Public Contract Code 5100 et seq. The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for Work of the Portable Project, at Surfside Educational Academy located at 1125 S Ditmar St, Oceanside, California 92054, as set forth in the Construction Documents which include, but are not limited to, the Drawings, Addenda and Specifications.
