SCOPE OF SERVICES Full Service Architectural and Engineering Services for projects for one or more of the following: (1) K 12 schools design and construction, (2) new construction and/or expansion, (3) modernization and retrofit, (4) Lease leaseback project delivery method, (5) construction manager multiple prime project delivery method, (6) design build, and (7) design bid build. The District's Board reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and/or waive any irregularities in any Proposal that is received. Proposals shall not be withdrawn by any Bidder for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of Proposals. During that time, all Contractors shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective Proposals. Contract Term Pursuant to the provision of California Education Code Section 17596, school districts may extend contracts for services up to five (5) years. The length of all awarded contracts will be for a period of one year with an option for the District to extend for up to four additional years. If a contract(s) are awarded, contracts will begin April 18, 2023 and be effective through June 30, 2024. The Contractor is advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the Request for Proposal documents, specifications, etc., shall be submitted to the District in writing no later than Friday, March 3rd, 2023 at 4:00 PM (PST) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
