Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lynwood, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed consists of the installation of approximately four 6-inch, twenty-six 4-inch, and twenty-seven 3-inch water meters, meter antenna units (MXUs), meter pit lids and frames, as required. The large meters and noted meter vault will be provided by the City and installed by Contractor. Any appurtenances necessary to make the connections are the Contractors responsibility and should be included in cost of installation line items. Work includes connections to existing water services, valve installations, paving/sidewalk restoration, and site restoration, including landscaping and other related work. The Work is to be completed before the expiration of EIGHTY (80) CALENDAR DAYS from the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed from the City.
