This Schedule A-GEN, Scope of Services describes the professional services to be performed by Consultant for the Valley Water's Annual Monitoring for the Saratoga Creek Hazard Tree Removal and Restoration Project (Project). The Valley Water may, at its discretion, choose to negotiate an amendment to this Agreement with Consultant for additional services. Firms who have worked on prior project phases of the Saratoga Creek Hazard Tree Removal program are precluded from submitting proposals. The selected consultants may be precluded from entering into contracts for subsequent planning, design, construction and construction management projects that are related Annual Monitoring for Saratoga Creek Hazard Tree Removal and Restoration Project. Eligibility to bid under Section 1090 of the California Fair Political Parties Commission will be evaluated on the specific facts as they exist at the time of bidding on the subsequent planning and design projects. Valley Water reserves the right to: Postpone, cancel, or issue a subsequent RFP. Reject any or all proposals. Issue addenda to amend, modify, add or delete requirements of this RFP. Remedy technical errors in the RFP process. Disqualify Proposers who are deemed non-responsive to the requirements of this RFP
