Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington is interested in receiving proposals from consulting firms with expertise in architectural, engineering, environmental and other related professional services regarding development. The agreement will be for approximately 5 years in duration The City reserves the right to amend terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Project description: The City of Vancouver (City) is seeking qualification statements from interested and qualified firms for on-call architectural, engineering, environmental and other related professional services for the Pearson Field Airport. Most projects under this agreement will be federally funded and as such, all rules, regulations, statutes and policies whatsoever required by the funding source must be followed Requirements of the funding sources must be followed, including, but not limited to, all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations and Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Local Agency Guidelines (LAG).
