Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Pre-Qualification: Yes Roadway Lighting, Pavement - Marking, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Asphalt Pulverizing, Paving (Parking Lot Paving), Signage, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.) In general, the project consists of parking lot, sidewalk, and various intersection improvements at multiple locations throughout the Village of Ashwaubenon. The improvements include but are not limited to 15,045 SY of asphalt pulverizing and relaying, 3,700 SF of concrete sidewalk, 1,200 LF of 18" concrete curb and gutter, 200 LF of spot curb and gutter replacement throughout the Village, 2,600 tons of HMA pavement, pedestrian signal improvements, pavement markings, pedestrian improvements, turf replacement, and related items. Alternate bid No. 1 involves installing chain link fencing, a horizontal sliding gate, and a vertical pivot gate at the Village Hall Public Safety Parking Lot. Alternate bid No. 2 involves substituting the sliding gate in Alternate bid No. 1 for a vertical pivot gate at the Village Hall Public Safety Parking Lot. Alternate bid No. 3 involves re-ditching and cleaning the ditch adjacent to the Village Hall Public Safety Parking Lot. Alternate bids No. 4 and No. 5 involve additional asphalt pavement replacement at the Cornerstone Community Center. Alternate bid No. 6 involves the replacement of the existing parking lot lighting at the Village Hall Public Safety Parking Lot. A proof of responsibility (pre-qualification) form, available with the bid documents for this contract must be filed at the Village of Ashwaubenon Public Works Department not later than March 10, 2023, and shall show sufficient ability, equipment and experience to properly perform the contract.
