Site work and paving for a road / highway in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Clarification Deadline 3/22/2023 9:00 AM The Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids for "Superpave Street Resurfacing # TT2023- PW01". The project consists of constructing, supplying and installing 86,723 SY Milling, 4,336 SY Type 1 Base repair, 260 tons leveling course and 8,008 Tons of 9.5 MM Superpave and a Unit price for Type 2 Base Repair. Incidental to paving, all pavement markings; including and not limited to, double yellow line, stop bars, crosswalks, turn lanes, school zones and all markings associated with intersections replaced per Penn DOT 408 specifications. All quantities are approximate and for informational purposes. This is a prevailing wage project. Project working window is 6/12/2023 to 9/1/2023. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bonds are issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bid will be reviewed and awarded at the regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on 4/17/2023. The Board of Supervisors of Tredyffrin Township reserves the rights to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid.
