The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Install water line to Mayors Garden (Tibbs) The City-Council, General Ordinance 21, 2016, IC 4-13-6.4-2.5(d) and IC8-23-1`0-0.5(d) add new requirements for bids on public works projects. Pursuant to IC-4-13-18-5, the Bidder must submit with the Bid a written plan for a program to test the Bidder's employees for drugs. Project Range: $150,000 - $200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
