A. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing the following to perform the work outlined in these specifications and as indicated by Project Drawings: 1. tools 2. equipment 3. materials 4. labor 5. supplies 6. manufactured articles 7. all transportation to complete the work 8. temporary facilities B. Location of Work: The Community of Neopit, Menominee County, Wisconsin: located on the Menominee Indian Reservation. C. Incidentals Items: All work, materials, and services not expressly listed as being provided by others or not expressly called for in the contract but are necessary for the completion of the work in good faith, shall be furnished, installed, and performed by the contractor. Site Directions: Neopit is located approximately 25 miles east/southeast of Antigo, WI and approximately 13 miles west/northwest of Keshena, WI. Sanitary sewer replacements and repairs with the community of Neopit. Work will occur in the Dogtown area and White City area. The base bid (bid schedules A and B) will be used for the award. This work includes: BE-18-K44 - Dogtown - Installation of approx 295 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 26 sewer replacement - Installation of approx 1179 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 35 sewer replacement - Installation of approx 567 feet of 8-inch HDPE DR17 sewer pipe burst - Installation of approx 10 precast concrete manholes - Installation of approx 27 sewer wyes and connections to ex sewer services BE-20-K86 - White City - Installation of approx 224 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 26 sewer replacement - Installation of approx 1085 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 35 sewer replacement - Installation of approx 283 feet of 8-inch HDPE DR17 sewer pipe burst - Installation of approx 14 precast concrete manholes - Installation of approx 13 sewer wyes and connections to ex sewer services This work will only be awarded if funding allows and/or if Owner can secure additional funding. The completion date of October 31, 2023 is the substantial completion date in which all repaving needs to be completed. The final completion date of project is December 15, 2023. No pre-bid meeting will be held.
