GRTC is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements and install services for the Mechanical/HVAC, Temperature Control/Building Automation, Plumbing Electrical, and Fire/Sprinkler systems at, but not limited to, the GRTC Headquarters located at 301 E. Belt Blvd. Subcontracting specific portions of the maintenance work required under this contract will be allowed. Names of any subcontractors and their scope must be approved by GRTC. The maintenance shall be performed on a scheduled basis. Attachment A provides the current schedule for the mechanical equipment. Attachment D provides the current schedule for the fire/sprinkler system. During the initial inspection, this schedule for each piece of equipment shall be confirmed or a recommendation for an alternative schedule shall be maintained. This shall be reviewed with the GRTC Facilities Manager. This reviewed schedule, once approved by the GRTC Facilities Manager, shall be the referred to as the Preventative Maintenance Schedule and work shall be performed as outlined in the schedule. A separate document shall be approved for mechanical and fire/sprinkler.
